在云南省通海县进行了烤烟施用菜籽饼肥不同用量试验;不同生育期检测烤烟根际微生物数量变化,结果显示:施用菜籽饼均增加了烟田(烟地)土壤的细菌数量。田烟效果比地烟明显。而对土壤放线菌和霉菌影响较小。施用菜籽饼提高了烟田烟地烤烟生育中后期根际解磷细菌和解钾细菌的数量,土壤增强了烤烟生育中后期供肥能力;特别是供应磷钾的能力。过量施用增加了烤烟生育后期根际土壤硝化细菌数量。
In Tonghai County, Yunnan Province, different amount of rapeseed cake fertilizers were applied. The number of rhizosphere microbes in flue-cured tobacco at different growth stages was tested. The results showed that the number of bacteria in the soil increased by applying rapeseed cake. Tian smoke effect than the smoke obvious. While the soil actinomycetes and mold less affected. The application of rapeseed cake increased the amount of rhizosphere phosphate-solubilizing bacteria and potassium-dissolving bacteria in mid-late stage of flue-cured tobacco growth in tobacco fields, and soil enhanced the ability of supplying fertilizers in middle and later stages of flue-cured tobacco growth especially in the supply of phosphorus and potassium. Overexploitation increased the amount of nitrobacteria in the rhizosphere soil at the late growth stage of flue-cured tobacco.
