目的:研究大孔吸附树脂纯化蒺藜呋甾皂苷、总黄酮的工艺条件。方法:以蒺藜呋甾皂苷、总黄酮含量及其转移率为指标,采用单因素试验法,优选树脂富集纯化蒺藜呋甾皂苷和总黄酮的最佳工艺。结果:纯化最优工艺条件:上样量为0.4g/mL,树脂径高比为1∶8,4BV水以2mL/min流速洗脱,分别用5BV50%乙醇、2BV/h 70%乙醇洗脱。D101树脂纯化后蒺藜呋甾皂苷纯度由22.59%提高到53.54%,增加了1.37倍;总黄酮的纯度由12.46%提高到32.11%,增加了1.58倍。结论:D101大孔吸附树脂可用于蒺藜呋甾皂苷和总黄酮的纯化。
Objective: To study the process conditions of purification of furosemide saponins and total flavones from macroporous adsorption resin. Methods: The optimal process of purifying furosetron saponins and total flavonoids was established by using single factor test method, and the enrichment and purification of furosetron saponin and total flavonoids by the method of single factor test. Results: The optimal purification conditions were as follows: the sample volume was 0.4g / mL, the diameter-diameter ratio of the resin was 1: 8, the water of 4 BV was eluted at 2 mL / min, and eluted with 5BV 50% ethanol and 2BV / h 70% . Purified furosemide furosemide from D101 resin purification increased from 22.59% to 53.54%, an increase of 1.37 times; total flavonoids purity increased from 12.46% to 32.11%, an increase of 1.58 times. Conclusion: D101 macroporous resin can be used for the purification of furfurals and total flavones.
