2010年河北省南皮县被确立为农业部专业化统防统治示范县以来,南皮县农业局植保站以示范县为契机,结合本地区种植结构和病虫害防治实际情况,在深入贯彻“预防为主、综合防治”的植保方针和“公共植保、绿色植保”的理念下,坚持“一点切入,两种认识,三个示范,多项管理服务”的总体工作思路,以小麦专业化统防统治为重点,积极稳步推进南皮县专业化统防统治工作,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
