《有效教学的认知》认为:有效教学的基本目标是通过改变学生的学习方式达到高效率地提高教学质量,促进学生的全面发展;核心是教学中的效益问题,指“通过教师在一段时间的教学之后,学生所获得的具体的进步或发展”。在深圳市推进素质教育,提出“减负提质”后的今天,整个教育环境对教师提出了更高的要求。作为年轻教师,如何克服课堂中无效或低效的教学行为,真正让课堂变得有效乃至高效是值得思考的课题。
