河南省科学学研究会成立会议于一月十三、十四两日在郑州举行。来自省直、各专市有关部门和解放军系统的代表认真学习了中国科协副主席斐丽生作的《团结、动员广大科技工作者,为全面开创社会主义现代化建设的新局面贡献力量》报告和中国科学学与科技政策研究会的文件,听取了省科学学研究会筹备组毛克忠同志作的研究会筹备经过和今后工作意见的报告,讨论研究了《河南省科学学研究会章程》。省科协副主席司竣到会讲了话。
