结合近年来国内外运动预适应心肌保护效应相关研究结果,对蛋白激酶C(protein kinase C,PKC)相关亚型在心肌保护效应中的表达变化及生物学作用进行综述。结果显示:目前PKC介导运动预适应心肌保护效应的研究多集中于单亚型的生物学作用及多亚型的表达变化,对亚型间相互作用及潜在信号转导通路的研究相对缺乏。PKC广泛参与介导运动预适应诱导的内源性心肌保护效应,且主要涉及α、δ、ε三个亚型。δPKC的激活是发挥心肌保护效应的前提,但过度表达δPKC可致心肌损伤;αPKC、εPKC主要通过增加效应物质的表达,发挥心肌保护效应。
Combined with the results of previous studies on the myocardial protection effect of preconditioning at home and abroad, the expression change and biological roles of protein kinase C (PKC) -related subtypes in myocardial protective effect are reviewed. The results show that PKC-mediated preconditioning cardiomyocyte protective effect is mostly focused on the biological function of single subtypes and the expression of multiple subtypes. There is a lack of research on the interaction between subtypes and potential signal transduction pathways. PKC is widely involved in mediating endogenous myocardial protective effects induced by exercise preconditioning, and mainly involves the three subtypes α, δ, ε. The activation of δPKC is the premise of exerting myocardial protection effect, but over-expressing δPKC can cause myocardial injury. αPKC and εPKC exert myocardial protection effect by increasing the expression of effector substance.
