本文对金属板料在拉伸为主的变形过程中发生颈缩变形的机理进行了分析。分析表明,板料微体在受载过程中,有一个方向的承载能力达极值时,它就开始失稳变形。依板面内较小的那个主应变增量是正、是负,失稳变形的发展过程以两种不同的方式进行。当发展到达下述状态时,局部颁缩变形就开始出现。所述状态是:微体承载能力处于极值状态的瞬时方向的垂直方向上,其正应变增量是等于零。
In this paper, the mechanism of neck shrinkage deformation during the deformation of sheet metal is analyzed. The analysis shows that sheet metal micro-body begins to buckle and deform when its bearing capacity in one direction reaches the extreme value during the loading process. The smaller principal strain increment in the plate surface is positive and negative, and the process of instability deformation is carried out in two different ways. When the development reached the following state, the local warping deformation began to appear. The state is: the vertical load-bearing capacity of the micro-body in the instantaneous direction of the extreme state, the positive strain increment is equal to zero.
