作者对３７例风湿性心脏病（ＲＨＤ）患者外周血混合淋巴细胞培养（ＭＬＣ）观察发现，ＲＨＤ风湿活动患者Ｔ细胞对正常人非Ｔ细胞刺激的增殖应答明显低下，而其非Ｔ细胞对正常人的Ｔ细胞具有明显的刺激增殖作用。ＲＨＤ非风湿活动患者与正常人比较无显著性差异。结果提示：ＲＨＤ患者尤以风湿活动状态时存在免疫应答和免疫自稳功能的异常。
The authors observed in 37 patients with rheumatic heart disease (RHD) peripheral blood mixed lymphocyte culture (MLC) found that patients with RHD rheumatoid activity of T cells on normal non-T-cell proliferation stimuli were significantly lower, while its non-T cells to normal Human T cells have a significant stimulation of proliferation. There was no significant difference between RHD and non-rheumatic patients. The results suggest that there is an abnormal immune response and immune self-stabilization in patients with RHD, especially in rheumatoid state.
