乡村旅游不仅为城市居民提供了新的休闲产品,而且对促进农业产业结构调整、增加农民收入、充分利用农村剩余劳动力资源、维护农村社会经济可持续发展都具有重要意义。本文在旅游管理专业学生2011年、2012年两次乡村旅游相关调查的基础上,根据怀柔区的资源情况,提出了怀柔区乡村旅游发展的短期和长期发展模式,并对政府在模式运行中应起的作用进行了探讨。 Rural tourism not only provides urban residents with new leisure products, but also plays an important role in promoting the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, increasing farmers’ income, making full use of rural surplus labor resources and maintaining the sustainable social and economic development in rural areas. Based on the investigation of tourism management students in 2011 and two rural tourism in 2012 and based on the resources of Huairou District, this paper puts forward the short-term and long-term development mode of rural tourism in Huairou District.
