金融是现代经济的神经中枢,其运行情况关系到整个社会经济的运行。金融监管对于维护良好的经济秩序、优化资金配置、提高金融运行效率、促进社会经济健康发展都具有极其重要的作用。本文指出接管是金融监管中的一项重要制度,但我国在认识上有所不足,在法律规定上有进一步完善的必要。
Finance is the nerve center of the modern economy, and its operation is related to the operation of the entire society and economy. Financial regulation plays an extremely important role in maintaining a sound economic order, optimizing the allocation of funds, improving the efficiency of financial operations, and promoting the healthy development of society and economy. This paper points out that taking over is an important system in financial regulation, but our country has some deficiencies in understanding and there is a need for further improvement in the law.
