砷在环保分析中占有一定地位。近年来,国内外对砷的溶出伏安法测定作了不少工作,但还存在一些问题。本文采用石墨电极同位镀金测定砷,对测试中石墨电极的性能和砷与金在电极上沉积的机理进行了研究,提出增加石墨电极灵敏度的方法,指出砷与金在电极表面生成原子比为1:3的元素间化合物。并用恒电流电解消除铜的干扰。本方法可直接测定工业废水和环境水中ppm和ppb级的砷。 (一)主要仪器和试剂
Arsenic occupies a certain position in environmental protection analysis. In recent years, many studies have been done on the determination of arsenic by stripping voltammetry at home and abroad, but there are still some problems. In this paper, arsenic was measured by graphite electrode in situ gold plating. The properties of graphite electrode and the deposition mechanism of arsenic and gold on the electrode were studied. The method of increasing the sensitivity of graphite electrode was proposed. It was pointed out that the atomic ratio of arsenic to gold on electrode surface was 1 : 3 elemental compounds. And use constant current electrolysis to eliminate copper interference. This method allows for the direct determination of ppm and ppb levels of arsenic in industrial and environmental waters.
