在以华主席为首的党中央一举粉碎王张江姚“四人帮”反党集团的大好形势下,河南省机械局受一机部机床局的委托,于一九七六年十一月二十一日至二十七日,在漯河市主持召开了SB1114型辗轮式和SB1314型辗轮转子式混砂机鉴定会。一机部机床局和河南省、许昌地区、漯河市主管部门以及来目全国13个省市有关混砂机制造、使用、科研设计等四十一个单位的63名代表,参加了会议。一机部机床局负责同志到会作了指示。
