硫酸三甘肽(NH_2CH_2COOH)_3·H_2SO_4简称TGS是1956年发现的一种铁电晶体。它具有较大的介电非线性和热电性,有可能为新技术提供很多方面的应用。对TGS单晶的培养和物理性质的研究曾引起人们很大的兴趣。近年来,特别是热电探测技术的发展,为TGS晶体的应用开辟了新的前景,对培养优质TGS及掺杂单晶的工作受到很大重视。本文就我们几年来培养TGS单晶的工艺和若干生长问题作一总结,并对TGS晶体的结构和性质作一简要介绍。
Sulfuric acid triglyceride (NH_2CH_2COOH) _3 · H_2SO_4 referred to as TGS 1965 found a ferroelectric crystal. It has a large dielectric nonlinearity and thermoelectricity, it is possible to provide many aspects of new technology applications. The research of TGS single crystal culture and physical properties has aroused great interest. In recent years, especially the development of thermoelectric detection technology has opened up new prospects for the application of TGS crystals, and has drawn great attention to the cultivation of high-quality TGS and doped single crystals. This article summarizes the processes and several growth problems we have developed in the past few years for the production of TGS single crystals, and provides a brief introduction to the structure and properties of TGS crystals.
