诱导是指教师在教学过程中为学生指引正确思路,引导学生从正确角度看待问题并解决问题。诱导是进行数学教学的主要方式,教师在诱导过程要把握时机,在学生遇到困难时及时为学生分析问题,诱导学生向正确方向自主思考,通过思考让学生解决问题,培养学生的独立意识,提高学生对学习数学的积极性。启发学生是教师教学的目的,数学教学中合理启发学生有利于学生掌握数学基础知识,提高数学知识水平,使学生在课堂上勇于提出见解,丰富数学课堂。教师要灵活运用诱导与启发相结合模式进行教学,在课堂上确立学生的主导地位,使学生在数学课堂中得到更多收获。
