模数式伸缩装置是桥梁的重要构件,在使用过程中要经历数百万次的车轮疲劳循环荷载的作用,因此疲劳性能就成为评价模数式伸缩装置的一个最重要的力学性能指标。本文介绍了模数式伸缩装置的疲劳试验,利用MTS疲劳试验机对模数式伸缩装置试件进行了静载和200万次的疲劳试验。试验结果表明,伸缩装置中梁和支承梁的残余应变随疲劳循环次数的增加而增加,而荷载幅值的提高将在很大程度上提高累计残余应变的增长速率。
Modular telescopic device is an important component of the bridge, which will undergo millions of cycles of fatigue cyclic loading during use. Therefore, fatigue performance becomes one of the most important mechanical performance indexes for evaluating modular telescopic devices. In this paper, the fatigue test of the modular telescopic device is introduced, and the MTS fatigue tester is used to carry out the static load and 2 million times of fatigue tests on the modular telescopic device. The experimental results show that the residual strain of the beam and the support beam of the telescopic device increases with the increase of fatigue cycles, and the increase of the load amplitude will greatly increase the cumulative growth rate of residual strain.
