本文总结了作者等9年来采用多种手术进路施行的166例经鼻蝶窦垂体瘤切除术。复习有关文献,结合临床资料,讨论了各种手术进路的优缺点,认为根据病人的实际情况选择合适的手术进路是减少手术并发症的关键。
This article summarizes the authors and other 9 years using a variety of surgical approach to the implementation of 166 cases of transnasal pituitary adenoma resection. Review the relevant literature, combined with clinical data, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of various surgical approaches, that according to the actual situation of the patient to choose the appropriate surgical approach is to reduce the key to surgical complications.
