结合高校图书资料工作实践,对新时期高校院系资料室的读者服务工作中存在的问题,作简要分析,并对如何改进读者服务工作提出一些思考及对策。
Combined with the practice of university library materials, this paper briefly analyzes the existing problems in the reader service work of college departments ’reference rooms in the new era, and puts forward some thoughts and countermeasures on how to improve the readers’ service work.
