目的研究在激光二极管泵浦固体激光器内利用扭转模腔微失调的方法产生单纵模分裂并输出相干双频激光,频差连续可调.方法采用琼斯矩阵分析光在谐振腔内的本征方程,得到它的本征值和本征向量,从而可表示模在腔内的相位延迟和偏振状态.结果得出了双频偏振态线性正交以及双频频差与波片转角之间的关系,并分析了各种情况下双频分裂情况(等间隔频率分裂、单频).同时还推导出双频激光产生拍频的公式.结论当调节两波片夹角时,这两个正交的线偏振光有不同的频率,频差范围107~109Hz.
Aim To study single-longitudinal mode splitting and dual-frequency laser output in a laser diode-pumped solid-state laser using a method of twisting the micro-offset of a cavity, and the frequency difference is continuously adjustable. Methods The Jones equation is used to analyze the eigenvalue of light in the cavity, and its eigenvalues and eigenvectors are obtained, which can represent the phase delay and polarization state of the cavity in the cavity. The results show that the relationship between the linear quadrature of the two-polarization state and the frequency deviation of the dual-frequency wave and the corner of the wave plate are obtained. The case of dual-band fission (frequency separation at equal intervals and single frequency) is analyzed in all cases. At the same time, the formula for producing beat frequency of dual-frequency laser is also deduced. Conclusion When adjusting the angle between two wave plates, the two orthogonal linearly polarized lights have different frequencies with a frequency range of 107-109 Hz.
