当今世界科学技术蓬勃发展，以信息技术为代表的高新技术及其产业突飞猛进，为跨入以全球数字化电子技术为核心的网络经济时代和全人类的文明进步开辟了新的广阔前景。“信息多媒体”、“数字化生活”，尤其是“信息互联网”对青少年社会化影响的全面介入，必将对新世纪成长中的青少年的社会意识、社会行为和社会生活，以及个体技能、素质等的综合发展，产生一系列重大、深刻地影响。这一背景要求我国青少年工作要构建面向21世纪的新模式，青年工作者要增强三大“网络意识”：（1）青少年工作的网络战略意识；（2）青少年工作的网络价值意识；（3）青少年工作的网络对策意识。
Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology in the world, the high-tech represented by information technology and its industry have made rapid progress, opening up new broad prospects for entering the era of cyber economy and the progress of civilization of all mankind with the core of global digital electronic technology. The full involvement of “information multimedia” and “digital life”, especially the “information internet”, on the socialization of adolescents will surely impact on the social awareness, social behavior and social life of adolescents and young people as they grow up in the new century, as well as individual skills, qualities, etc. The comprehensive development has produced a series of major and profound implications. This background requires that young people work in our country should construct a new model for the 21st century. Young workers should enhance three major “network awareness”: (1) awareness of the network strategy of young people’s work; (2) awareness of the network value of youth work; and (3) Network awareness of working in adolescents.
