塑料瓶为制剂常用的包装材料,它具有重量轻,方便贮存及运输中不易破碎等优点。碘为卤族元素,外层有7个电子,原子半径大,化学性质活泼,常温下能挥发,遇光能产生化学反应,碘对塑料有腐蚀性和穿透性。为了观察塑料瓶的密封性和对复方碘甘油制剂内在质量的影响,笔者把塑料瓶包装的复方碘甘油进行了稳定性实验观察。
