总结160t铁路起重机的设计经验,着重讨论了主要结构件──转台的受力特点、结构形式及应力分布。转台为三维受载的大型空间板梁结构,在设计中采用有限元法,采用空间板单元,辅以个别体元的力学计算模型。使用结构分析软件ALGOR对转台进行有限元建模及应力、应变计算,得到各局部点的应力、应变值,为转台结构改进提供了依据。
Summarizes 160t railway crane design experience, focusing on the main structure ─ ─ stress characteristics of turntable, structure and stress distribution. Turntable is a three-dimensional structure of large-scale space beam load, the use of finite element method in the design, the use of space plate unit, supported by individual voxel mechanics calculation model. The structural analysis software ALGOR was used to carry out finite element modeling and stress and strain calculation on the turntable to get the stress and strain values of each local point, which provided the basis for the improvement of turntable structure.
