本文收集、整理了国内外铸锭粉末渣的有关资料,结合近年来的研究成果,对粉末渣的配制原理作了较为系统的阐述:如粉末渣熔点的确定,调节剂的加入量对粉末渣熔点、粘度和界面张力的影响,适宜的化学成分的选择,粉末渣含碳量的确定以及粉末渣SiO_2/CaO值与钢锭表面质量的关系等;并列举了获得良好表面质量的粉末渣实例供铸锭技术人员参考。
