威信对于教师,尤其是对于一名小学教师充分发挥其主导作用具有极其重要的意义。本文在对小学生的一些身心特征初步探讨的基础上,对教师威信的形成,以及如何维护和提高,做到不怒而威做了简要论述。 Prestige is extremely important for teachers, especially for primary school teachers to give full play to their leading role. Based on the preliminary discussion of some physical and psychological characteristics of primary school students, this article briefly discusses the formation of teachers’ prestige and how to maintain and improve them.
