利用现代计算机技术,建立锅炉炉内冷态空气动力场数学模型,开发了炉内冷态空气动力工况的模拟计算软件并以此替代人工试验方法,同时还以HG- 220/9 .8 - 11HM 型煤粉锅炉为研究对象,进行了冷态空气动力场试验、数值计算和对比分析。
By using modern computer technology, the mathematical model of cold aerodynamic field in boiler is established, and the simulation software of cold aerodynamic conditions in furnace is developed and replaced by manual test method, meanwhile HG-220/9 is also used. 8 - 11HM pulverized coal fired boiler was chosen as the research object, and the cold aerodynamic field tests, numerical calculations and comparative analyzes were carried out.
