前几年,由于工作变动和干部调动等原因,我们地区供销系统档案员变动频繁,本系统所属单位专(兼)职档案员10人中就更换了7人,农贸中心在去年一年里连续换了3人。由于档案员不稳定,各单位存在着档案人员专业水平低、业务素质差的问题。为适应档案工作新形式发展的要求,搞好机关档案“上等级”工作,我们采取了以下办法,认真抓了档案人员的业务素质建设。
