一台D8R推土机工作到3 000h时,出现发动机温度报警现象,并逐渐发展到每次启动发动机后一会儿就出现高温现象。该机的冷却系统如附图所示。经现场检查发现:从水位观测孔看到上贮水室的水位在中位,风扇叶片完好,皮带张紧度正常,散热器芯也热。据此初步认定,冷却系统中节温器是完好的,问题可能出在水泵上。于是,放水并拆检水泵,但发现从散热器芯中放出的水不多,远远少于其正常储量,同时上贮水室中的水位却没有变化。经仔细观察发现,上贮水室水位观测孔的高度位置比两端至散热器芯出水管的位置都低,同时,上贮水室与水泵相连的小下水管的出口下端与水位观测孔中水的中位相平。因此看上
