随着大学生党员的激增,大学生党支部的建设和管理也日益成为高校工作的一个重要方面。由于大学生党员的自身个性和大学生党支部的特殊性,大学生党支部目前还存在着这样那样的问题。本文找出了这些问题并对其进行理性地分析,然后依据大学生党员和大学生党支部的特点,试图浅探出解决问题的途径。
With the surge of college student party members, the construction and management of college student party branches have also increasingly become an important aspect of the work of colleges and universities. Due to the unique personality of college student party members and the specialization of college student party branches, there are still some problems in the undergraduate student party branch. This paper finds out these problems and analyzes them rationally, and then attempts to explore ways to solve the problems according to the characteristics of college student party members and college student party branches.
