目的 :应用分析系数评价水氟测试结果的精密度和准确度 ,做实验室内部质量控制。方法 :用新购进的 PF-1型氟是极与甘汞电极配套 ,用 Px J-1型离子计 ,对高、中、低三个组分的加标天然质控水样 ,每隔 3日测 1次 ,共测 10次 ,1月之内完成 ,将测试结果进行统计分析。结果 :CP、 CAC、 CA三项指标均在 98%以上。结论 :分析系数是一种统计方法实用于实验室内部、实验室之间的分析质量控制等 ,本次作的实验室内部质量控制 ,CP、CAC、CA三项指标均在 98%以上 ,证明水氟测试结果的精密度和准确度都很高 ,检验质量可靠
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the precision and accuracy of water-fluorine test results by means of analytical coefficients and to make laboratory internal quality control. Methods: The newly purchased PF-1 fluorine is very supporting the calomel electrode. With Px J-1 ion meter, the natural, 3 times a test, a total of 10 times, completed within January, the test results for statistical analysis. Results: CP, CAC, CA three indicators are more than 98%. Conclusion: The analysis coefficient is a statistical method which is used in the laboratory and quality control of laboratory analysis.
