针对工业电源恶劣的工作环境,对工业电源小功率器件的散热设计进行了探讨。给出了工业电源小功率器件几种散热方案,并对它们的安规、工艺、成本、散热性能等进行了详细的分析和对比。这几种散热方案各有优缺点,具体应用需根据工业电源的成本及应用环境等各方面的因素来选择性价比最高的方案。 Aiming at the bad working environment of industrial power supply, the heat dissipation design of low power devices for industrial power supply is discussed. Several cooling schemes of low power devices for industrial power supply are given, and their safety regulations, process, cost and heat dissipation performance are analyzed and compared in detail. These cooling solutions have their own advantages and disadvantages, the specific application needs to be based on the cost of industrial power and application environment and other factors to choose the most cost-effective solution.
