随着薄层色谱扫描仪的开发和应用,薄层扫描法(TLCS)在色谱分析中愈来愈占有重要的地位。在药物分离,鉴定,定量分析中发挥着重要的作用。根据薄层扫描的检测原理,可把TLCS分为两大类,即薄层紫外扫描法(TLCUS)和薄层荧光扫描法(TLCFS),其中TLCUS已应用的广泛,日臻完善,而TLCFS的应用目前尚不够广泛,然而,TLCFS具有灵敏度高,选择性好的优点,对普通薄层板的检出灵敏度为0.1~1ng,对高效薄层板的检出灵敏度为0.01~0.1ng,比TLCUS的灵敏度高10~1~10~3倍。本文试图对这种
With the development and application of thin-layer chromatography scanners, thin-layer chromatography (TLCS) plays an increasingly important role in chromatographic analysis.
