在原子吸收分析中吸光度A和浓度C的关系几乎都程度不同地偏离比尔定律。为了实现浓度直读,目前原子吸收商品仪器中普遍采用了计算机曲线拟合方法。已研究和使用了各种拟合方程。一般而言,三系数方程比二系数方程拟合准确度高。然而,二系数方程只需使用二个标准做浓度校准,操作简便,并可方便地用于两点内插。本文提出了一个二系数的指数方程C=PAexp(QA~2)。
Beer’s Law deviates from Beer’s Law to almost all degree differences in Absorbance A and Concentration C in atomic absorption analysis. In order to achieve the concentration of direct reading, the current atomic absorption of the instruments commonly used in computer curve fitting method. Various fitting equations have been studied and used. In general, the three-coefficient equation is more accurate than the two-coefficient equation. However, the two-coefficient equation uses only two standards for concentration calibration, is easy to use and can easily be used for two-point interpolation. This paper presents a two-factor exponential equation C = PAexp (QA ~ 2).
