采用角叉菜诱导大鼠足肿和佐剂性关节炎(AA)模型,观察了大鼠松果腺切除(PX)及褪黑素(MT)对急、慢性炎症的影响。结果表明:PX能加强角叉菜诱导的足肿及AA大鼠继发性炎症,MT作用则与此相反并能使上述炎症指标部分或全部恢复;致炎前30miniPMT对足肿有明显的抑制作用;不同剂量的MT(10,200,4000μg·kg-1)对足肿的影响无显著性差异。
The carrageenin-induced rat paw edema and adjuvant arthritis (AA) model were used to observe the effects of pineal excision (PX) and melatonin (MT) on acute and chronic inflammation in rats. The results showed that: PX can enhance the carrageenan-induced foot swelling and secondary inflammation in AA rats, MT effect on the contrary and make some or all of the above indicators of inflammation restored; pre-inflammatory 30miniPMT significantly inhibited foot swelling Effect of different doses of MT (10,200,4000μg · kg-1) on foot swelling no significant difference.
