通过在3.5%NaCl溶液中的重量损失试验,研究了Ce含量对AZ91镁合金耐腐蚀性的影响。此外,对比研究了快淬和普通铸态条件下镁合金的防腐性能。结果表明,加入Ce可以显着提高AZ91镁合金的耐腐蚀;快速冷却可以通过细化晶粒和改变形态以提高耐腐蚀性。
The effect of Ce content on the corrosion resistance of AZ91 magnesium alloy was studied by weight loss test in 3.5% NaCl solution. In addition, the anticorrosive properties of magnesium alloy under fast quenching and ordinary as-cast conditions were compared. The results show that adding Ce can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of AZ91 magnesium alloy; rapid cooling can improve the corrosion resistance by refining the grains and changing the morphology.
