众说纷纭的新一轮房地产宏观调控还没出台,欧债危机引发的经济不景气蔓延全球。一时间,“回归服装主业”的声音在中国服装行业里越来越响。房地产与服装企业最先发生的关系往往是租赁关系,办公要场地,销售要渠道。目前,大部分的服装企业普遍租用办公室和店铺,房地产价格的涨跌直接影响着物业租金。而一些实力雄厚的服装企业或集团,或直接持有物业永久产权,或购买土地自建厂房或总部。
