美国《现代轮胎经销商》(www.moderntiredealer.com)2014年8月6日报道:TBC公司和Harris轮胎公司联合在消费替换胎市场独家推出两款高档的Duck Commander品牌轮胎产品:Duck Commander全地形轮胎和Duck Commander泥泞地形轮胎(见图1)。这两款轮胎产品第1次使用了Duck Commander品牌。对于Duck Commander品牌以及TBC公司而言,均为首次使用这类轮胎商标的专利使用权转让协定。
Tire Co., Inc. and Harris Tire Co. jointly unveiled two exclusive Duck Commander brand tire products in the consumer replacement tire market: Duck Commander All Terrain Tires and Duck Commander muddy terrain tires (see Figure 1). The Duck Commander brand is used for both tire products for the first time. For the Duck Commander brand as well as TBC, they are the first to use this type of tire trademark patent right transfer agreement.
