异烟肼引起尿潴留报道甚少,笔者曾遇到一例,现报道如下。严某.女,33岁.因咳嗽盗汗发热伴头痛12天,神志恍惚9天于1989年10月22日入院.查体:体温38.8℃,颈项强二横指,右上肺呼吸音减低.ESR80mm/h.胸片见右上肺有斑片状阴影,边缘模糊不清.脑脊液检查;蛋白阳性、糖2.24mmol/L、细胞数150×10~6/L、淋巴0.62、氯化物99.15mmol/L.诊断为结核性脑膜炎,入院后给予异烟肼400mg+GS500ml静滴,链霉素0.5g肌注Bid,PAS12g+GS500ml静滴,同时给予支持疗法.2天后,患者出现尿潴留,经热敷、针刺、按摩等无效,导尿一
