高低温试验箱温湿度控制技术研究

提出利用双闭环控制原理,对高低温试验箱的温度与湿度进行控制,保证试验箱内的温度与湿度可以快速的达到设定值,并具有良好的精度。首先对试验箱温度与湿度的关系进行研究,提出对二者进行解耦控制;之后,研究了双闭环控制试验箱温、湿度的原理;最后,对系统的控制模型进行了分析研究。 It is proposed to control the temperature and humidity of the high and low temperature chambers by using the double closed loop control principle to ensure that the temperature and humidity in the chamber can quickly reach the set value and have good accuracy. Firstly, the relationship between chamber temperature and humidity was studied, and the decoupling control of the two was proposed. After that, the principle of double closed-loop control chamber temperature and humidity was studied. Finally, the control model of the system was analyzed.
