一、前言 轴瓦是中、小功率内燃机的关键零件,也是机械工业部一百项基础攻关项目之一。由于轴瓦的质量直接影响到主机的性能和使用寿命,因此保证轴瓦的质量及具有良好的互换性是很重要的。 轴瓦半圆周长是轴瓦的主要尺寸,欲解决轴瓦的自动测量,关键在于解决弹性体的自由曲面几何尺寸的自动测量问题。下面简介一种轴瓦自动测量及分选装置的方法。 二、原理简介 本装置由测量系统、上、下料机构及气路系统等几个部分组成,如图1所示。 1、测量原理
