随着老龄化程度的增加,发病率较以前有明显的上升趋势.由于老年人的反应性差,症状不典型,诊断较困难.该病病情凶险,进展迅速,死亡率高,如能及时有效地抢救治疗,病情可迅速缓解.抢救是否及时、合理与预后密切相关.在院前急救的整个过程中,涉及到治疗、搬运、衔接、沟通等多方面内容.本文将重点讨论该病的院前急救及搬运过程中应注意的问题.
