应用日本大白兔,直视下刺破心肌表面,使血积于心包腔内,制作心包粘连模型,而后对其心包进行形态和组织学检查。结果表明:实验组心包粘连、增厚及炎症发生率高、程度重,心包间皮细胞损伤甚至消失,心肌损伤,出现胸腹水。提示心包粘连可能因间皮细胞损伤、纤溶能力下降而致。
Japanese white rabbits were used to pierce the myocardium under direct vision to make the blood product in the pericardial cavity. The pericardial adhesion model was made. Then the pericardium was examined for its morphology and histology. The results showed that: the experimental group of pericardial adhesions, thickening and inflammation of the high incidence of severe pericardial mesothelial cells damage or even disappear, myocardial injury, the emergence of pleural effusion. Tip pericardial adhesions may be due to mesothelial cell damage, decreased fibrinolytic capacity.
