敦煌古方小补心汤对大鼠微血管内皮细胞的保护作用研究

目的探讨《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》中记载的敦煌古方小补心汤对高糖条件下大鼠心肌微血管内皮细胞(MMVECs)的保护作用。方法采用敦煌古方小补心汤含药鼠血清干预高糖培养条件下的MMVECs,流式细胞技术观察MMVECs的增殖活力,ELISA法检测MMVECs培养基中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)分泌量、Q-PCR法检测MMVECs中VEGF的基因表达水平。结果小补心汤能促进MMVECs增殖,上调MMVECs的VEGF基因表达,增加VEGF分泌。结论敦煌古方小补心汤在一定程度上能改善糖尿病引起的心血管损伤。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of Dunhuang Gubao Xiaobuxin Decoction on rat myocardial microvascular endothelial cells (MMVECs) under high glucose conditions, which is recorded in Supplementary Methods of Internal Use of Supplementing Prescriptions. Methods MMVECs were isolated from Dunhuang Gubeifuxinxin decoction serum containing high concentration of serum and the proliferation of MMVECs was observed by flow cytometry. The secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) PCR was used to detect the gene expression of VEGF in MMVECs. Results Xiaobuxin Tang can promote the proliferation of MMVECs, up-regulate the expression of VEGF in MMVECs and increase the secretion of VEGF. Conclusion Dunhuang Gufugusoxingtang can improve cardiovascular damage caused by diabetes to a certain extent.
