5-溴乙烯2'—脱氧尿嘧啶核苷(BvdU)为1979年首次由De.Clercq等报导的抗病毒化合物,是脱氧尿嘧啶的衍生物。对疱疹病毒敏感。它对细胞毒性小。在兔肾细胞中治疗指数可达7000以上。对水痘带状疱疹病毒和E-B病毒也有效。是目前国外最有效的抗病药物之一。国内未见报导合成。其它选择性抗疱疹病毒的作用机制在于它可特异性地被疱疹病毒胸苷激酶磷酸化,而不被未感染的细胞胸苷激酶磷酸化;它被疱疹Ⅰ
5-Bromoethylene 2’-deoxyuridine (BvdU) is an antiviral compound first reported by DeClercq et al. In 1979 and is a derivative of deoxyuracil. Herpes virus-sensitive. It is less cytotoxic. Therapeutic index in rabbit kidney cells can reach more than 7000. It is also effective against varicella-zoster virus and E-B virus. Is currently one of the most effective anti-disease drugs abroad. No reports of synthesis. The mechanism of action of other selective anti-herpes viruses is that they are specifically phosphorylated by the herpes virus thymidine kinase without being phosphorylated by the uninfected cytosolic thymidine kinase; by herpes simplex
