本文根据图书经费的影响因素,提出了图书经费模糊综合评判模型。使用VB语言,结合Access数据库成功进行了图书经费分配与采购专家系统的核心——经费分配在线软件的开发。该软件实现了专家按公平席位原则分配产生,产生的专家根据经费影响因素的统计数据对各专业的经费进行模糊综合评判,并加权计算出各专业的图书经费;根据分配的经费,专家在线民生选书和领导决策网络招标购书。专家系统能使图书采购最大限度地满足教学与读者需求。
According to the influencing factors of the books ’funds, this paper puts forward the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the books’ funds. The use of VB language, combined with Access database successfully carried out the core of the book funding allocation and procurement expert system - the development of online software distribution of funds. The software realizes the distribution of experts according to the principles of fair seats. The experts who produce the experts make fuzzy comprehensive judgments on the funds of various professions according to the statistical data of the influencing factors of the funds, and weighed the books for various professions. According to the allocated funds, Book selection and leadership decision-making network bidding to buy books. Expert system enables book purchases to best meet the needs of teaching and readers.
