目的用超声法测量角膜厚度,探索其死后变化规律。方法 11只家兔随机分为两组,分别为角膜上皮完整组及去角膜上皮组。后者采用机械刮除法去除角膜上皮。利用超声测厚仪连续监测两组动物的死后多个时间点的角膜厚度,并对角膜厚度变化与死亡时间进行相关回归分析。结果超声法测量角膜上皮完整组死后兔角膜厚度的变化值与死亡时间呈非线性相关,且具有较强的相关性,相关系数为0.922,而去角膜上皮组的相关系数为0.822。结论超声法测量角膜厚度对推断早期死亡时间具有较可靠的应用前景。完整的角膜上皮对于超声测量角膜厚度具有关键作用。
Objective To measure the thickness of cornea by ultrasonic method and explore the change rule after its death. Methods Eleven rabbits were randomly divided into two groups, namely corneal epithelial complete group and corneal epithelial group. The latter uses mechanical scraping to remove the corneal epithelium. The corneal thickness of the two groups of animals at various time points after death was continuously monitored by ultrasonic thickness gauge. Correlation analysis was made between corneal thickness change and death time. Results The change of rabbit corneal thickness after the complete corneal epithelium was measured by ultrasound was irrelevant to the time of death. The correlation coefficient was 0.922, while the correlation coefficient was 0.822 in the corneal epithelium group. Conclusion Ultrasound measurement of corneal thickness to predict the early death time has more reliable application prospects. Complete corneal epithelium plays a key role in measuring corneal thickness by ultrasound.
