据日本文献报导,鸡有将无机碘转化为有机碘的功能,在鸡饲料中添加碘化物,鸡食7—10天后,鸡蛋中含碘量约为600—800μg(约比普通鸡蛋高50倍)故称为高碘鸡蛋。 日本的Kamimae Hiroshi曾用高碘蛋治疗糖尿病患者,效果虽然良好,但病例只有8例。因此我院对38例门诊糖尿病患者食用高碘鸡蛋治疗,初步取得较满意疗效。
According to Japanese literature, chickens have the function of converting inorganic iodine into organic iodine. After iodine is added to the chicken feed, the iodine content in the egg is about 600-800 μg after about 7-10 days of chicken food (about 50 times higher than ordinary eggs ) So called high iodine egg. Kamimae Hiroshi of Japan used iodized egg to treat diabetic patients. Although the effect was good, only 8 cases were found. Therefore, 38 cases of outpatients with diabetes in our hospital eating high iodine egg treatment, initially made more satisfactory results.
