信息技术课程是一门理论与实践联系密切、实践性很强、发展极其迅速、应用极其广泛的学科。而伴随着信息技术在各个领域被广泛应用并对其发展产生了巨大的推动作用,使得开展计算机教育,成为中学教育的重要组成部分,使得每一位学生真正掌握计算机技术,是成就学生未来的关键,是使学生有益于社会发展的重要因素,是每一位教师的教学重点。但是不得不承认的是,计算机技术教学在初中课堂中依然存在着一些弊端和漏洞,不能实现新课标对于信息技术课的教学要求和教学目的,不能达到素质教育的要求。

However, it has to be admitted that there are still some shortcomings and loopholes in the teaching of computer technology in the junior high school classroom, and the teaching requirements and teaching purposes of the new curriculum standard can not be fulfilled. It can not meet the requirements of quality education.
