目的探讨小儿烧伤的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院2001-2008年收治的310例小儿烧伤患者的临床资料。结果本组患儿住院天数12～73d,治愈307例,死亡3例,均为脓毒症。治愈率为99.03%。结论小儿烧伤强调及早补液,有效复苏是整个治疗的前提,积极抗休克、创面处理综合性治疗是提高治愈率的保障。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pediatric burn. Methods The clinical data of 310 pediatric burn patients admitted in our hospital from 2001 to 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results This group of children hospitalized days 12 ~ 73d, 307 cases were cured, 3 died, were sepsis. The cure rate was 99.03%. Conclusions Pediatric burn emphasizes early rehydration and effective resuscitation is the precondition of the whole treatment. Active anti-shock and comprehensive treatment of wounds are the guarantee to improve the cure rate.
