[目的]了解女性阴道炎患者人乳头瘤病毒6/11型(HPV6/11)的感染情况。[方法]应用荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)技术检测108例门诊患者阴道分泌物中HPV6/11的病毒拷贝数。[结果]共检出HPV6/11阳性44例,阳性率为40.74%;21～40岁年龄组感染阳性率较高。[结论]女性生殖道HPV6/11感染以中青年为主。FQ-PCR检测HPV敏感、快速、准确,对临床具有较大的指导意义。 [Objective] To understand the infection of human papillomavirus type 6/11 (HPV6 / 11) in female vaginitis. [Method] Fluorescence quantitative PCR (FQ-PCR) was used to detect the viral copy number of HPV6 / 11 in the vaginal secretions of 108 outpatients. [Results] A total of 44 HPV6 / 11 positive cases were detected, the positive rate was 40.74%. The positive rate of infection in 21 ~ 40 age group was higher. [Conclusion] The infection of female genital tract HPV6 / 11 is mainly young and middle-aged. FQ-PCR detection of HPV is sensitive, rapid and accurate, and has great guiding significance for clinical practice.
