本文论述了内燃机台架试验办法GB1105—74中推荐的功率修正公式在形式上的合理性,但公式的适用范围有限。分析了国内外有关的功率修正公式,及其适用范围有限的原因。文中还提出了几个排气温度随大气状态变化的公式,借以根据大气状态的变化来估算柴油机排气温度的变化,从而根据排气温度的限制,以修正标定功率。
This paper discusses the formality rationality of the power correction formula recommended in the GB1105-74 test method for internal combustion engine bench test, but the limited scope of the formula is applicable. The power correction formulas at home and abroad are analyzed and the reasons for their limited scope of application are analyzed. In the paper, several formulas of exhaust gas temperature changing with atmospheric condition are also proposed to estimate the change of diesel engine exhaust gas temperature according to the change of atmospheric condition so as to correct the calibration power according to the exhaust gas temperature limit.
