The volatile oil constituents in leaves of %Tsuga chinensis %(Franch.) Pritz. var. %tchekiangensis %(Flous) Cheng et L. K. Fu and leaves and shoots of %T. longibracteata %Cheng are reported first time. Seventy|three, ninety|one and fifty|five of volatile oil components were identified with GC/MC, respectively in the leaves of %T. chinensis %var. %tchekiangensis %and %T. longibracteata %and in the shoots of %T. longibracteata. %Of which, monoterpines and sesquiterpines are the main components. The results of analyses showed the difference of the volatile oil constituents between the two species.
